We collect only what we need to book and confirm your appointment: your name, email address, phone number and any notes you choose to share.

We use that information to confirm your booking, send reminders you asked for, and keep a record of your visits so we can serve you better next time. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with anyone except the payment processor that handles your transaction.

Text message reminders are only sent if you tick the box asking for them. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or by calling the salon.

Card details are never received or stored by this website. Payments are handled entirely by the payment provider.
