Terms of service

Booking. Appointments booked online are held for you at the time shown. Please arrive a few minutes early so we can start on time.

Changes and cancellations. Ask for a change or cancellation through your appointment page or by calling the salon. We confirm every change with you directly rather than moving anything automatically.

Late arrivals. If you arrive late we will do as much of the service as the remaining time allows, so that the client after you is not delayed.

Deposits and payment. Some services require a deposit at the time of booking. Any remaining balance is settled at the salon. Prices shown online are estimates until confirmed in person, because color and treatment services depend on hair length, density and condition.

Pricing. Prices listed on this site are sample figures while the salon finalizes its published rates. Your stylist will confirm the exact price before any service begins.
